The 4th tournament format stayed at race to 20 and the finals was a race to 25 pts. The 40 second shot clock was still in use. Our second live stream included Table1. We have a new player, Brian, thanks for participating.
Table 1: Brian's performance was enjoyable to watch and ended well by winning the High-run(4) of the tournament. Good job! Table 1 Shot of the day goes to Keet with a beautiful timing shot. nice! The group ended with Jon winning Keet in a very close match, taking him to the finals for a 3rd time!
Table 2: Darryl made quick work against Angelo. wow. Cory was making a comeback but Darryl held on and won the group.
In the final, Jon vs Darryl. Jon's steady pace kept the points going. At 12-7 the players had a 5 minute break. As the match continued, Jon kept going to close it out, 25-11.
A nice steady pace won the day.
Our 4th tournament was a success. Jon made super ono spam musubi and picked up Banana Chantilly loafs from Liliha Bakery, oh boy was delicious. Thanks Jon and congrats. The food was enjoyed by all and added to the event atmosphere. We also picked up another new player. And the final match video recorded in its entirety . Special mention to WM and Keet for the generous sponsorship. -k.
